-Description of company. It should creatively describe ‘who you are as an ad agency’?

    - Who’s Who (the people in your agency that makes your company work, refer to your   textbook for agency positions, e.g. creative director, etc.)

    -What you believe (Agency philosophy).

-Where you are (location), this shows how big/medium size your agency is

  1. Envision your clientele. Who makes up your clientele? How does that affect its client base?

  2. Develop an organizational flow chart for the agency, which presents the various people within the agency and what those people do. The chart should include the various positions mentioned in the text (p. 117), along with a brief description of each person’s responsibilities.

  3. Ad to promote your agency’s services. Lay-out and design must be consistent with your company name, logo, slogan, and philosophy.
